Kits usually contain everything you need to complete a knitting, felting, sewing or crochet project. Ships via USPS Priority Mail in the USA. If another shipping method is chosen, it is at your own risk - no other loss or damage insurance is provided. If you live outside the USA and wish your package to be insured for loss or damage you MUST specify GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL as your preferred method of shipment.
In stock items ship the next business day. If we have an out of stock condition – the item ships as soon as we receive our next delivery which is usually within a few days. If the item is no longer be unavailable we will contact you about substitution or cancellation of that item.
